2025 CABIN INFORMATION


Our sparkling clean, smoke free, roomy, modern housekeeping cabins are fully furnished with microwaves, dishes, glasses & cups, silverware, cookware, coffee pots, toasters, & bed linens. New window air conditioners are in all living rooms. We ask you not to smoke in cabins, shower house and office.

Please remember to bring your own towels, soap, food & personal items.

There are no phones or tv's in the cabins to distract you from enjoying your break from today's hectic daily life. Bring your cell phone, tablet or laptop and use the free wifi to stay in touch. Click here to view a map of the resort.

Outdoors, each cabin has its own parking area, a charcoal grill, picnic table, and fire ring. Free dock space is provided with each cabin. Pontoon, boat, and motor rentals are are extra. Let us know if you need special sleeping arrangements or have other requests.

Large 3 bedroom sleeps 10 guests. Deck with ramp; all-electric with new kitchen wall covering. Two queen beds & 1 twin set/king bed, living room futon and futon couch. Lakeview. View floorplan		 $1225.00 $4000.00

  • 16' Lund boat (if available)-- $20 / day; $100 / wk*
  • 16' Lund boat & 9 HP 4-stroke motor (gas extra)-- $60.00 / day or $300 / wk*
  • 20' Pontoon boat & 4-stroke motor (gas extra) -- $150.00 / day or $75 / half day*
  • Dock space for 1 boat included with reservation
  • Extra dock space (dock 1 boat free per cabin)-- $5.00/day
  • Pets -- $5.00/day; $30.00/wk
  • Orca Kayaks -- Free; must wear life vest
  • Day guests -- Free

    * Please reserve boats/pontoon in advance. Guests must sign boat rental agreement in order to rent boats and motors.
    No rentals to non-guests or to anyone under 21. Pontoon rentals: 1/2 day = 4 hrs. full day = 8 hrs.
    ** Due to increasing summer heat and higher prices, we only stock bait on request.

PETS

By arrangement only!! Pets are allowed in cabins only when owners are present. All pets must be kept on leashes or restrained at all times, and cleaned up after. There is a charge of $5/day or $30/week per pet. Please let us know when making your reservation if you plan to bring a pet.
We reserve the right to refuse unruly pets (or owners).

RESERVATIONS

1-week minimum stay with no deposit for returning guests. Confirm your 2 week or longer cabin reservation with a non-refundable 30% deposit. The balance is due when you check in on arrival. For confirmed reservations without deposits, a 30% cancellation fee may be charged. Once you arrive, you are responsible for your entire reservation regardless of weather or other conditions beyond our control. All rates are subject to Minnesota and Itasca County sales tax and may change without notice.
